Educational mess remains untouched.
The condition of education system in Bihar has been crying
for attention and this is evident from the recent TET examination scam which
somewhere reflects the involvement of
board officials too in the falsified appointment of bogus teachers. The pitiable
educational system highlights the same.
The political interference too acts as a cover to protect
the frauds thus decaying the overall system.
After the infamous topper scam which tarnished the
educational image of Bihar, the student`s were served as easy punching bag for
the media`s contempt for Bihar`s educational system which would have rather
held their parents accountable along with the officials involved.
What we are seeing in Bihar`s education is nothing less than
a live spectacle of cultural decline, where the state has little capacity to
meet the demands for education where the quality of teaching in schools is
compromised and where the political
instinct for control undermines the autonomy of universities in general.
